Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raton, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work shall generally consist of: Pavement widening, paving fabric, tack coat, asphalt overlay, curb and gutter, sidewalk and sidewalk culverts, concrete drive pads, culvert replacements, manhole and valve cover adjustments with concrete collars, traffic signs, and pavement markings on the I-25 E. Frontage Road from US64/87 to the bridge at Raton Creek. Questions posted to the Engineer after March 14, 2023 may not be answered.
