SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is requesting liquid polyaluminum chloride chemical manufacturers to pre-qualify the suitability and effectiveness of their prospective chemical products to determine, in advance of any price bids for material suppliers under NRS 332, which products satisfactorily meet TMWA's water treatment purposes and may be utilized by bidders responding to any future bid. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all submissions based on the best interests of TMWA and satisfactory demonstration of prospective chemicals is at TMWA's sole discretion.
