Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
Washoe County School District Washoe County School District, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 338, Removal and replacement of the existing boiler, pump and piping within the Boiler Room. Boiler system is to receive a full controls upgrade, integrating with the existing. Additionally, there are replacements of two (2) domestic water heaters and two (2) new emergency fixtures. Question Deadline: Tue 02/21/2023 05:00 PM Scope of Work: Removal and replacement of the existing boiler, pump and piping within the Boiler Room. Boiler system is to receive a full controls upgrade, integrating with the existing. Additionally, there are replacements of two (2) domestic water heaters and two (2) new emergency fixtures. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractors License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project.
