This invitation to bid seeks a vendor to provide installation of pavement marking material and labor complete in place. Bids will include equipment, labor, materials, and material delivery to complete each item of work. The City will award the contract on a unit price basis to the lowest and best qualified bidder. All work to conform to the most current details and specifications as provided in this document. Any details or specifications not included in the attached plans shall conform to the most current details and specifications as provided by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, City of Georgetown or LFUCG. Exceptions to be determined by the City Engineer. ADDENDA AND INTERPRETATIONS: No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through electronically. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the portal for the specific project. Failure of any bidder to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted.
