Avery County is seeking qualified environmental services assessment contractors to place an informal proposal on assessment and recommendation of asbestos and/or mold removal at the Avery CARES building at 636 Cranberry Street, Newland, NC 28657. Contractors interested in bidding on this project will need to submit a proposed cost estimate for the 1,632 square foot building.
