Site work for a civil project in Roselle, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Based on historic storm records and reported flooding, the overall drainage in the Seasons 4 Watershed area was studied to determine what improvements should be made to reduce the roadway flooding and the flooding of private homes. The 127-acre watershed has no retention or detention facilities. The study identified improvements and alternatives which will proceed to the design and permitting phases. This project is in included in the Village of Roselle FY 2023 - 2027 CIP. As of February 06, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
