FaCS Renovations at Lake Park High School West Campus Rebid The Scope of Work: Interior renovation of the existing Family and Consumer Sciences area into a new Culinary Arts Lab & support spaces at Lake Park West High School. In addition to new kitchen equipment, included, but not limited to, are the following required trades: - Demolition - Cast-in-Place Concrete - Gypsum Board Assemblies - LVT & Quarry Tile - Acoustical Lay-in Ceiling System - Interior Painting - Signage - Fire Protection Specialties A Performance and Payment Bond In the Full Amount of the Contract Will Be Required.
