Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Roselle, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will rehabilitate the existing sanitary lift station located along Roselle Road north of Devon Avenue The Den lift station is an old can-type lift station that requires confined space entry for village staff to maintain. This makes maintenance of the aging infrastructure difficult and potentially dangerous. The project will rehabilitate the lift station to a submersible pump station where village staff will be able to pull the pumps out of the lift station to perform maintenance or other work. Project is in Village of Roselle Capital Budget FY 2024-2028 CIP, as of February 28, 2024, project is funded for FY2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
