Upload completed forms under the "Supplier Attachments" section. - Substantial Date for Completion: 60 days after project start date - Final Date for Completion: 75 days after project start date Liquidated Damages: - $200 until Substantial Completion - $100 until Final Completion Bid bond, payment and performance bonds are required. This invitation is for renovation/stabilization of the stable house at Elmwood as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the event and attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
