Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; and transportation facility.
Responses received after this date and time will not be considered. Delivery by the deadline is the bidders responsibility. Pursuant to N.C. Statute Sec. 143-128.1(A), the County of Forsyth is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build teams interested in providing professional design and construction services for the Car Wash Facility Project located at Smith Reynolds Airport. Three proposals must be received in order to award a contract from this initial solicitation. This RFQ provides complete information on the services being sought, the submittal requirements and timeline. Questions are to be directed to James Anderson at andersja@forsyth.cc by the question period deadline of 5:00 pm, February 7, 2023. Please copy shoaib.quader@smithreynolds.org and mark.davidson@smithreynolds.org. Responses will be put into an addendum. The M/WBE subcontracting participation goal for this project is 10%. Obtaining participation above the minimum is strongly encouraged and will be shared with the governing board.
