Alumni House Floor Refinishing Project - 23 Questions Due 2/20 @ 12PM Refer ALL Inquiries regarding this IFB to: Anthony Kilar Telephone No. (336) 334-4463 Email: askilar@uncg.edu The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) Facilities Operations Department is seeking a Contractor capable of refinishing the wood flooring at the Alumni House located at 404 College Ave. Greensboro, NC 27412. Furnish, deliver, and provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work described herein, at the Alumni House on the University's campus. The successful Contractor will be capable of providing all labor, material, and equipment to perform the work as follows. This work may include but is not limited to: removing and disposing of existing carpet; repairing wood flooring and molding; preserving special toe molding where applicable; providing protective covering for furniture or items which cannot be moved; sanding, staining and refinishing wood flooring; minimizing dust and debris with an appropriate containment system; and cleaning the area of dust after completion of work. Please note that the project must be completed within the timeframe of May 24ththrough August 4th, 2023.
