Questions Due Date: Feb 14th 2023, 5:00 PM PST This Contract provides for all the necessary equipment and materials to inspect the exterior and interior of the Marine Park Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and Westside WWTF outfall components, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Westside Wastewater Treatment Facility (WS WWTP) is located at 2323 W. Mill Plain, Vancouver, WA 98660. Marine Park Wastewater Treatment Facility (MP WWTF) is located at 4500 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98661. The Outfall structures require bi-annual inspection of the submerged portions of the outfalls in the Columbia River to document their integrity and operation. These inspections are required as a condition of the City's National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. The Contract work shall be fully complete by April 18, 2023 for Westside WWTF and September 15, 2023 for Marine Park WWTF.
