This Request for Quotes (RFQ) provides interested ITQ Qualified Contractors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit a Quote for the Service Category of: Consulting Services for: GESA 2023-1 DGS Reading, Scranton, Harrisburg GESA Project Consulting Services As listed in the Commonwealth's Guaranteed Energy Savings Act Project (GESA) Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) in accordance with the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act requirements of the Commonwealth Procurement Code, 62 Pa. C.S. Sec. 3751 -3758, as amended. All Offerors must qualify as a "Qualified Contractor" through the ITQ process before the RFQ issue date. All bidders must have a valid Vendor Number. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the solicitation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
