Summit Chase Street Lighting Replacement for the Department of Public Works, City of Reading. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the contractor and that employees shall not be discriminated against because of race, color, age religion, sex or national origin. The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid that may not be in the public interest.
