Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Reading is requesting proposals for the 18W Hancock and East Wyomissing Boulevards Project Layer 2 - Street Side Curbs. The project is being partially funded by a Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Commonwealth Financing Authority Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant. Grant requirements must be followed including a Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid, as may be in the public interest. Clarification Deadline 3/14/2023 2:00 Pm Such questions shall be submitted to Purchasing via Penn Bid WAGE RATE COMPLIANCE BOND- 50%
