The UPPER DELTA SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT invites qualified consulting firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for the following project: UPPER DELTA SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT UPPER TERREBONNE BASIN IMPROVMENTS / LOUISIANA WATERSHED INITIATIVE Only those firms that have obtained the official RFQ package for this project from Upper Delta SWCD will be considered by the Selection Committee. Additionally, the firm selected for this project will be required to execute the Upper Delta SWCD standard contract for professional services. A copy of the current Certificate(s) of Registration shall be attached to each Statement of Qualification (Standard Form). Failure to be registered in good standing with the aforementioned board will result in the Qualification Statement being rejected. All firms that are incorporated shall also be registered with LAPELS. Upper Delta SWCD reserves the right to reject all of the submittals in response to this Request For Qualifications USDA is an equal opportunity provider, employer, and lender.
