As of January 31, 2025, construction had commenced on January 27, 2025. Completion is expected December 27, 2025. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Bid packages include Site and Building Concrete, Polished and Sealed Concrete, Masonry, Structural & Misc. Steel, Carpentry, Finish Carpentry & Architectural Casework, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Metal Roof, Wall and Soffit Panels, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Specialty Doors, Entrances and Storefront, Gypsum Assemblies & ACT, Tiling, Resilient Flooring and Carpet, Resinous Flooring, Painting, Signage, Fire Extinguishers, Toilet Accessories and Compartments, Metal Lockers, Window Treatments, Pre-Engineered Metal Building Systems, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Communications, Earthwork, Segmented Retaining Walls, Seeding and Sod, Asphalt, Site Utilities, Chain Link Fencing Please note: The project is tax exempt, except the electrical building portion of the project, which is taxable.
