Bid packages include Site and Building Concrete, Polished and Sealed Concrete, Masonry, Structural & Misc. Steel, Carpentry, Finish Carpentry & Architectural Casework, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Metal Roof, Wall and Soffit Panels, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Specialty Doors, Entrances and Storefront, Gypsum Assemblies & ACT, Tiling, Resilient Flooring and Carpet, Resinous Flooring, Painting, Signage, Fire Extinguishers, Toilet Accessories and Compartments, Metal Lockers, Window Treatments, Pre-Engineered Metal Building Systems, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Communications, Earthwork, Segmented Retaining Walls, Seeding and Sod, Asphalt, Site Utilities, Chain Link Fencing Please note: The project is tax exempt, except the electrical building portion of the project, which is taxable. See plan sheet for specific taxable area. Construction is anticipated to start December 1, 2024 pending City Council approval this month. Completion is expected to take 11 months.
