The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor must have an onsite pre-job meeting with a representative of the Town prior to award. A letter of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Section 66.293 Wisconsin Statutes and the law and ordinances of the Town of Fox Lake of DodgeCounty relating to wage rates payable on the work. - Paving will be 10' into intersecting roads. - Shoulder to be type 3/4" CABC (Crushed Aggregate Base Course) meeting WisDOT Spec 305. - There is a completion deadline for all projects of September 30, 2023 Project Full depth pulverizing of existing asphalt, water, compact and fine grade. Pave in two separate 1.5" lifts for a 3" total compacted thickness using 4LT 58-28 S Hot Mix asphalt and 2-foot shoulders. Price to include paving into intersecting roads 10 ft and driveways approximately 5 ft to match.
