It is a combined use classroom that Integrates not only dance classes, but also production technology needs for performances. The scope of work includes renovating rooms 229 and 231 to accommodate a driving simulator room, control Room, offices, and work areas. Work also includes new internal walls and doors, millwork and sink, suspended tbar ceiling, light fixtures and controls, power and data outlets, modifications of the existing hvac, new flooring, Wall base, and paint. The contractor will prepare the room and provide support to install driving simulator Equipment, audio visual, and electronic equipment. Equipment will be supplied and installed by the uci vendor.
