18004.05 Throop Sanitary Sewer Replacement SR 0347 Dunmore Street From Dudley Street to George Street Project Location – 800 block of Dunmore Street between Dudley Street & George Street / Delaware Street, Throop Borough, Lackawanna County The Project consists of the replacement of one sanitary manhole and installation of 134 feet of 12-inch diameter SDR-35 PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe including temporary by-pass pumping, replacement of 77 feet of corrugated metal arch storm pipe with 15" diameter plastic storm pipe, temporary and permanent asphalt base repair, asphalt milling and paving, erosion control, temporary traffic control during construction and related work in the Borough of Throop, Lackawanna County. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates A PENNDOT HOP permit applies. Contractor will be responsible for providing required PENNDOT testing. Contractor will be responsible for PENNDOT inspection coordination and costs.
