Contract A - WPCD Facilities Concrete Repairs and Installations This project involves various repairs and installations at existing Penn Hills WPCD facilities, including, but not limited to, selective demolitions; concrete spall and crack repairs; steel framing and catwalk repairs; railing repairs and installations; exterior and interior steel painting; masonry reconstruction and repointing; catch basin reinstallation and repairs; new concrete and steel stair installations and replacements; misc. electrical conduit relocation; backfill and flowable fill installation; site restoration; and all other incidental items. Contract B - Plum Creek WPCD Facility Concrete Repairs and Installations This project involves various repairs and installations at the Plum Creek WPCD facility, including, but not limited to; concrete spall and crack repairs; steel framing and catwalk repairs; steel framing and catwalk installations; railing repairs and installations; new concrete and steel stair installations and replacements; misc. electrical conduit relocation; site restoration; and all other incidental items. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Proposal.
