The Owner's Rep services will provide leadership, management, and administration of Phase 1 scope of work on the multi-phase capital improvement program. The Owner's Rep team will include: Project Executive/Project Manager, Project Engineer/Project Coordinator, and at least one full-time Construction Administrator per active project during construction, and various subconsultants performing enhanced building commissioning, neutral facilitation, and any necessary support for alternative insurance strategies if implemented. All project documents and administrative processes will be in State of Ohio's project management system OAKS CI and all relevant Owner's Rep team members should be proficient in its use. The Owner's Rep team will be responsible for processing all contracts, amendments, GMPs, change orders, pay applications and other administrative workflows in OAKS CI on behalf of OFCC Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to OFCC Procurement at procurement@ofcc.ohio.gov with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please).
