The Village of Itasca does hereby invite sealed bids for the Food Pantry Roofing Project.
The Village of Itasca seeks a formal bid from a Contractor for the purchase and installation of the specified roofing system at the Itasca Food Pantry located at 336. W Center Street. The work includes procurement, and installation of the specified roofing materials. All constraints/limitations associated thereto will be the responsibility of the contractor to deliver a "turnkey" system within the awarded contract price and approved installation time frame. Scope of work should anticipate completing the entire system within 3 months from the date of Award.
All Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid guarantee consisting of a bank cashier's check, bank draft, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid as provided for under terms of said Instructions for Bidders and Specifications. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions for Bidders. The Village of Itasca reserves the right to reject all Bids if it has documented sound business reasons. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible Bidder.
