Renovation of a municipal facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project involves the installation of a new roof and skylight, including existing roof removal, new roofing overlay, and localized roof deck replacement located at 401 East Gay Street, West Chester, Pa. Questions may be asked through the PennBID system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, February 27, 2023. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
