Contractor shall provide fully operational, fully maintained odor control systems as defined in this scope of work for use by OCWR landfill operations teams. Services shall cover mechanical & electrical systems including solution tanks, skid or trailer mount unit, misting lines, and spray nozzles. Maintenance services shall encompass preventative maintenance activities as recommended by original manufacturers, corrective and proactive maintenance on as needed basis. Additionally, it is OCWR expectation that all maintenance services shall be planned and scheduled with exception of urgent or emergency related situation authorized by OCWR contract administrator or designee. Operation Manuals and Specifications The Contractor shall furnish all manufacturer specification service manuals, which describe the scheduled maintenance requirements for each type of equipment within 20 (twenty) calendar days of the effective date of the Contract. Service Manuals shall be in electronic format. Term of Contract: This Contract shall be for a three (3) year term, effective March 19, 2023 through March 18, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $TBD, with unused funds to be carried over from year to year, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein. Renewable with Concurrence: This Contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one-year periods, by mutual written agreement of both Parties, in an amount to exceed $TBD annually. The County does not have to give reason if it elects not to renew. Bid Validity: Bids will be valid for a period of 365 days after IFB closing date. February 21st, 2023 Questions due by 2:00 p.m.
