This is a 180 calendar day project. The Work to be done includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the disaster debris removal (DDR) contractor to provide Emergency Structural Debris Removal to all enrolled, eligible parcels within El Dorado County or as shown or required per the Contract Documents. The DDR contractor shall be responsible for removal of debris, debris ash, compromised concrete foundations, and contaminated soils, using best practices to mitigate the migration of ash and other contaminants from the site. The DDR contractor shall be responsible for completing work to the satisfaction of the Assessment and Monitoring (A&M) Contractor and the El Dorado County Project Manager. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. however, the Chief Administrative Office will no longer issue paper copies of the Contract Documents to bidders.
