All bids shall be submitted in writing to the Butler County Engineer EITHER: (1) on paper at 1921 Fairgrove Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45011-1965; OR (2) by electronic record through the online bidding service. An electronic bid must comply with the security procedure adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, a copy of which may be viewed at website.
