The following specifications shall be considered in your bid: A. Contractor shall be responsible for any needed permits. B. Door is located at the rear of the building for the employee entrance. C. Contractor shall field verify measurements. D. Contractor shall remove existing door and frame the lockset is to be reused. E. Contractor shall install 16ga Galvanized hollow metal door and frame. F. Contractor shall install a new surface mount door closer. G. Door are to be primer coated and ready for painting. H. Contractor shall include all necessary sealant and weather-stripping. I. Contractor shall insure proper alignment, and operation of installed door. J. All work is to be completed by qualified personnel K. Contractor shall be insured and provide copy of liability insurance and workmen's comp. L. Contractor shall clean up all debris from the jobsite and dispose of in a proper manner following Federal, State and Local rules and laws.
