COMPLETION DATE: AUGUST 11, 2023 The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information (but not the bid forms) may be obtained via the internet at bids.ctconsultants.com. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site. Proposals must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein. Each bidder is required to furnish with his proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. When the total overall project exceeds $28,789 all bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Cheviot, Ohio, as ascertained and determined by the Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services (OBES) as provided in Section 4115.05 through 4115.034 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. It is anticipated that the Prevailing Wage Law will apply to this project. The Council of the City of Cheviot, Ohio, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
