Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Lakeview Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; residential development; residential development; and water / sewer project.
Work included under this contract consists of demolition of the existing single-family dwelling and detached garage, abandonment of a water supply well and septic tanks, removal of an underground propane tank, removal of trash and debris, grading of the site to match existing contour, seeding and mulching and improvements to the access drive as required to access the site. SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION AND SMALL DIVERSE BUSINESS MPLS: Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from PA Department of General Services (DGS). Failure to meet this requirement may be cause for rejection. Enter the DGS Small Business Certificate Number on bid form signature page where indicated. In order to ensure that you receive any addenda to the bid package, you need to keep us informed of your current contact information. Failure to provide signed copies of any Addenda at the time of bid opening may result in bid rejection. In addition, failure to use the envelope labels provided in the bid package could result in bid rejection also. Engineer's Estimate: $25,000 - $50,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
