Quantities may be increased or de-creased at the discretion of the Authori-ty and are solely for the purpose of de-termining the lowest Bidder. Proposals exceeding $25,000 will be performed under Prevailing Wage Rates as estab-lished by the Pennsylvania Dept. of La-bor & Industry.
