This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in White Haven, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight for mobilization, installation of tree trimming, tree removal, mulching, disposal, and delivery. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Immediately following the due date, all bids received will be referred to the Dennison Township for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above. Questions may be submitted to Donald J Totino, PE dtotino@barryisett.com on or before 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Responses will be provided via an addendum to all registered parties. Dennison Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
