Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,138-square-foot, five-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become PreQualified in order to participate in a solicitation for Construction Management Services for construction of a 5-storey 52-unit supportive housing and commercial health service office space, as further described in this RFPQ. BC Housing proposes to develop up to 52 self-contained studio type supportive housing units on a parcel of land located at 1st Ave, Prince George. The project will also include up to 10,000 sq. ft of leased commercial office TI space located on the ground floor. In addition to the housing component the Proponent would also undertake the construction of the commercial office shell, base building systems and subsequent office tenant improvements (TI’s). Office tenant improvements are described in Appendix J [Office Layout & Functional Program]. The proposed office design was developed in detailed consultation with Northern Health Authority (tenant) and accurately represent their functional programming requirements. The project site also includes development and construction of a modular supportive housing building. The modular project has been completed and included site civil preparation and servicing type works for the entire site. Hydro, water and storm connections have been roughed-in on site in close proximity to the proposed building. Landscaping has been partially completed as delineated in Appendix K [Landscaping Plans].
