Bid Bond 5% Plan (blueprint) Electronic plan documents eBidding No SCOPE OF WORK Marsh Road/Jacobs Landing - Drainage Improvements A. Installation of the Stormwater drainage system including piping, structures, outfalls and reconstruction of roadway. 1. Remove existing yard drain and install new structure. 2. Install 136' of 12" ADS HP and mitered end section. 3. Restoration of area including any sod and base material required. 4. Compact and restore roadway for paving. B. Contractor will provide a complete project including but not limited to: 1. All supervision, labor and equipment to complete task shall be included in the bid price. 2. Maintenance of Traffic, silt fence and tree protection areas. 3. Removal and disposal of existing materials. 4. Clean job site and remove debris after completion. 5. Contractor shall take extreme care to safeguard and protect existing facilities, site amenities, windows, vehicles, and personnel on and around job sites. Any damage caused by the Contractor to Public and/or private property shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and the Contractor shall pay for said damages at no cost or obligation to the City of DeLand. It is the Contractor's responsibility to inspect all locations prior to service and point out any damage to the Project Manager prior to service. 6. Warranty - One (1) year for defects in material and workmanship. 7. Must provide signed and sealed as-builts by a licensed surveyor.
