Site work for a water / sewer project in Ridgeway, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work in general consists of conversion of a controlled discharge lagoon wastewater treatment plant to an aerated lagoon followed by submerged attached growth reactors, an effluent lift station, and ultraviolet disinfection in the City of Ridgeway, Iowa. American Iron and Steel (AIS) provisions apply to this project. This project requires federal prevailing wage rates. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply to this project. At a minimum, the awarded contractor will be required to submit each employee's self-certified income (for those working on the project) to the CDBG administrator to meet Section 3 requirements. The City of Ridgeway reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
