Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
In order to be eligible to bid, please contact the Water Management Services office at (615) 366-6088 and ask for Chasity to obtain an official numbered set of bidding documents. The furnishing, installation and testing of approximately 4,790 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer; 325 linear feet of 4-inch force main; one 115 GPM wastewater pumping station; approximately 1,780 linear feet of 8-inch D.I.P. water mains (Hendersonville Utility to provide the water main pipe with special Nitrile gaskets where required) and appurtenances; including all manholes, pump station removals; services (water and sewer), clean outs, fittings, fire hydrants, fire hydrant removals, valves, connections, reconnections, pavement restoration, testing, unclassified excavation (including rock excavation), backfill, crushed stone backfill in roadways, tie-ins, bypass wastewater diversion and/or restoration, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications.
