Invitation for Construction Bid: Huff Hall Gym Painting Walls & Trusses Paint existing steel roof structure. Paint the underside of existing roof decking. Paint perforated metal acoustical panels at north and south end walls of Huff Hall Gymnasium. Paint conduit/piping within roof truss area and metal panel end walls. Paint sloped ceiling panels and dormer alcoves. Do not paint light fixtures, speakers, camera, nor fans. Contractor will provide all necessary protection, lifts, scaffolding, etc as needed to paint the structural steel trusses, ceiling decking, and perforated metal end wall panels. The gym floor is new and special consideration will be taken to protect it. Contractor to confirm loading is acceptable for flooring. Contractor is responsible for protecting adjacent spaces and floors. Contractor to provide final cleaning of floors, seating areas, etc. Paint specifications and scope drawings are provided.
