All interested consultants must be registered PennDOT Business Partners. The full advertisement (L00722) is posted on PennDOT's ECMS system under Advertisements in the Consultant Solicitation Section and responses to this request must be submitted through ECMS in accordance with PennDOT requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
