Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform construction of: Walking paths, site lighting and ADA improvements. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Borough of West Conshohocken in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed, to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bid surety checks and bid bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the awarding and signing of the Contract. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in one hundred percent(100%) of the amount of the contract; a Maintenance Bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total contract price, as well as a Certificate of Insurance. The Borough reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids, or take such action as it may deem in the best interest of the Borough and as may be permitted by law. Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Preparation of subgrades for all roadways, pavements, walks, etc. 2. General site grading. All questions must be submitted by 12:00PM,_9/23/24 The questions will be answered by 5:00PM, 9/23/24
