Montgomery County operates a 14-acre Public Safety Training Campus (PSTC) at 1175 Conshohocken Road in Plymouth Township, Pennsylvania and seeks to construct a new live fire training building to entirely replace its existing 6,400 SF structural burn building. Project Description The County wishes to construct the new, modernized, NFPA 1402 compliant, live fire training building at the PSTC in close proximity to the existing burn building. this RFP will secure a Construction Management as Advisor (CMa) firm to work collaboratively with the County and Architectural / Engineering (A&E) team to provide services needed to enable construction of the building through a public low-bid construction procurement effort that is compliant with Pennsylvania Separations Act requirements.
