Facility Renovations Based on the outcome of the space feasibility study conducted during the 2021-2022 FY staff is requesting funds to address remodeling of various spaces as well as any necessary project planning for any potential site relocations if suggested. Clatsop County has outgrown many of the departmental spaces. Clatsop County has outgrown many of the departmental spaces due to staffing needs. Some of the space concerns can be addressed through slight modifications that allow for more efficient use of existing spaces. Based on the outcome of the study and the needs of the community it may also be determined that relocation of some services to a more central location will be necessary to better serve the county residents Fiscal Year: 2022-2023 As of May 9, 2023, a design team has not been identified and funds are being requested. A construction timeline has not been established yet. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
