Description of Work: The Henderson Water Utility (Owner) hereby gives notice that separate, sealed bids will be received for furnishing materials and installation of Chain Link Fence and Gates at the HWU Pratt Tanks Site, 2296 & 2298 Old Corydon Road, Henderson, Bid Reference 2023-09. Questions regarding the Bid Documents and Plans should be directed to Tom Williams, Senior Project Manager, at the address listed above, during regular business hours. Telephone: 270.826.2421. Question Deadline 03/13/2023 LEGAL PROVISIONS: Bids shall include all required submittals as identified in the Bid Documents. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE/WITHDRAWAL: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner. SCOPE OF WORK This request is for a proposal to furnish and install Chain Link Fence and Gates at the Pratt Tanks Site for the Henderson Water Utility, 2296 & 2298 Old Corydon Road, Henderson, Kentucky. This work will be completed as the last stage of the Tank project, which may be in Q3 2023. Each bid item should include any delivery fees, handling fees, fuel surcharges, or any other fees/charges associated with the purchase, delivery, and installation of the product
