Renovation of the football field and track, consists of installing new artificial turf, drainage system, field accessories and related items. The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, site clearing, earthwork, storm drainage, polyresin track system, track and field line markings, chain link fences and gates, lawns and grasses, base construction and related subsurface work for artificial grass field, infilled synthetic turf, cast-in-place concrete, track and field equipment, sports equipment and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris. Bid Guaranty in the form of a Bid Bond (Proposal bonds with Contractor acting as surety are not acceptable), Certified Check, or cash shall accompany each bid. The amount of the bid Guaranty shall be not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid set forth in the Proposal Form. All on site work shall start on May 25, 2023 and be substantially completed by July 10, 2023. The following supplements shall modify, delete, and/or add to the Standard Form of Agreement between the Owner and Contractor. Where any article, paragraph or subparagraph is supplemented by one of the following paragraphs, the provisions of such articles, paragraph or subparagraph shall remain in effect and the supplemental provisions shall be considered as added thereto. Where any article, paragraph or subparagraph is amended, void, or superseded by any of the following paragraphs, the provisions of such articles, paragraph or subparagraph not so amended, voided, or superseded shall remain in effect
