T he College of DuPage is accepting sealed bids for the Renovation of Rodney K. Berg Instructional Center (BIC) 1437 Film Screening Room. Project Location: Berg Instructional Center (BIC) - 425 22nd Street Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Renovation of an existing BIC classroom into a film studies classroom and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. Renovation of two locations in the TEC into offices and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the total base bid is required for this project. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. The College of DuPage is committed to the economic development of disadvantaged business enterprises; qualified Minority, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Owned Businesses are highly encouraged to participate. College of DuPage Board of Trustees Reserves the right to reject any and all responses. This invitation is issued in the name of the Board of Trustees of College of DuPage, Community College District 502, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
