Renovation of an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove existing tile and cove base and replace with new quartz tile and base. In addition, remove second floor lockers and locker support base and install quartz tile in former locker location. Remove tile and base at the bottom of the southwest stairwell and install walk-off entry tile. Flooring Replacement and Locker Removal at Edward L Pine Middle School Question Deadline: Thu 03/16/2023 05:00 PM Engineer/Architect Estimate $156,225.00 Scope of Work: Remove existing tile and cove base and replace with new quartz tile and base. In addition, remove second floor lockers and locker support base and install quartz tile in former locker location. Remove tile and base at the bottom of the southwest stairwell and install walk-off entry tile. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractors License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800 SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS.
