This project is located at the Ohio University, Athens Campus in the Aquatic Center. This project will be to service and upgrade the Aquatic Center electrical system as well as the mechanical and chemical systems required to operate the pool. Project Location - 13E. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demolition Scope: a. Scope: Remove/replace pool mechanical equipment (pumps, filters, piping) b. Remove and replace heating equipment (pumps) where shown on drawings. c. Remove motor control center. d. Remove and replace VFD for Air Handling Unit AHU-1. e. Remove and replace existing sewage ejector pumps and bilge pumps. a. New steam to hot water heat exchanger - Tube Bundles only (Alternate #1) b. New chemical storage room exhaust fan and ductwork as shown on the drawing. c. New hot water circulating pumps. d. New sewage ejector pumps and controls. e. New bilge pumps and controls. f.
