The City of Tracy (City) uses bulk chemicals for treatment of Water and Wastewater. The City desires to receive proposals from qualified vendors to deliver such chemicals at the City locations into the City's receiving equipment in a safe environment as applicable per the local, State and Federal standards. The proposals will be good for two (2) years and may be extended for another year for a not-to-exceed three (3) years. The duration of contract for supply of chemicals as listed in the bid documents in accordance with the specifications at the City of Tracy's John Jones Water Treatment Plant, City's Water Wells, and Wastewater Treatment Plant shall be from March 2023 through February 28, 2025, with an option to extend for a period of one year by the City.
