Renovation of a municipal facility in Wellington, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of March 23 the project was awarded to JAMES BUILDERS INC for $57,198.38. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required as additional work for completion of the project. The work shall include unanticipated extra work in excess of the quantities included in the bid schedule. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the work of the noted Sections of this Division described herein and on the drawings. The work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing and installation of vinyl siding, trim strips and accessories. It also includes the removal and disposal of existing vinyl siding. The intent of the Contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work described. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Special Conditions, Plans, Specifications and terms of the Contract. The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting bids for repair and replacement of hail damaged siding, windows and doors. The lowest responsible bid will be determined by and the purchase order or contract will be issued, to the extent that the total dollar amount is within available funds to finance the construction. If all bids exceed such amount, the right is reserved to reject all bids. The Division of Parks and Wildlife reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept any proposal deemed desirable. Additive alternates will be used in determining the lowest responsible bidder within the amount available to finance the contract, added in the numeric order listed. An equal number of alternates shall be added to the base bid of each bidder within funds available to finance the contract for purposes of determining the lowest responsible bidder. All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Peggy Silcox at peggy.silcox@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is March 1 at 5:00 PM. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed.
