Description Platte River seeks bid proposals from vendors to remove the original toe drain and sediment build up at Rawhide Energy Station's dam. The vendor must reestablish the proper elevation and slope for proper drainage. The new toe drain must be slotted PVC pipe running along the dam to a solid PVC pipe taking the drainage away from the dam.
