121011 ADA Givens School Pool Restroom Rehabilitation The work to be done consists, in general, of the rehabilitating the existing restrooms for the Ada Givens Pool for the addition of ADA accessible stalls, construction of new boys and girls showers and re-construction of portions of the pool deck including the installation of a trench drain. This includes the removal of existing toilets/urinal, partition walls, doors, non- structural cmu walls, plumbing, fencing, and existing concrete deck, and reconfiguring of the existing restroom with new fixtures and new accessible stall. Construction would include new showers, with shingled roof, shower and bathroom fixtures, hot water heaters, entry gates, and concrete deck with trench drain. This also includes the installation of new metal entry doors, metal partition walls, restroom and shower fixtures, and grab bars. Contractor shall perform and complete all Work under this Contract within 40 working days, beginning the effective date of the Contract Time. Contractor shall perform its work in strict accordance with any completion schedule, construction schedule or project milestones developed by the City.
